I floyd has been totally removed, as has the locking nut at the top. a les paul style tailpiece was inserted. To fill in the space left by the Floyd, I had mahagony used as a filler. This was done by the main woodworker hired out by Gary's Guitars in Portsmouth. Awesome store, they deal in used gear and have some crazy retro stuff in there. They also do incredible work with guitars, even cosmetic surgery, like i had done. And very easy on the wallet, i'll show yout he Jackson at the 'shelter. |
