Yuck! That picture was nasty! Yeah, I'm sure that people like me who go to tons of shows, enthusiastically band their heads, and are friendly with lots of people are reeeeealllly what is wrong with the metal scene. I wonder if the anonymous idiot is aware that Sacreligion was one of the bands to play that night. That person probably wasn't even at the show. Of course, I'm going to have more to say about the two bands I've seen 5 million times as opposed to a couple of bands that I've only seen twice (and hope to see again in the future, BTW). Sometimes, I think it's more of a compliment to hear that someone who normally doesn't like the style of music you play thinks that your band is good. The people who are really into any genre will more often than not like a band that plays the kind of music they like. Those people are easy to impress, but for someone who isn't a fan of the style to say that your band has talent... Well, that is when you know that you really are good at what you do because you made a good impression on someone who wouldn't normally like what you play. Anonymous people are stupid when they assume that they know who you are, and they know who all of your friends are. I've probably talked to the singer in Kultur about as many times as I've talked to some of the members of FFOS that I don't know so well. He is actually a pretty nice guy and a fan of black metal.
