Fucked around with Command and Conquer: Renegade before I remembered why that game blew (it's cool online, though), and now I'm loading up Doom 3. I never got through it the last time I played; I hadn't even gotten to the point where (I assume) it gets really crazy, I was still at the part where they throw like, 1 or 2 zombies at you every 15 minutes. We'll see if I possess the necessary intestinal fortitude to finish it this time. Anybody know of any good Doom 3 mods? Total conversions? |

One thing you can do is unzip the pk4 files and find the file that is responsible for controlling the rate of fire, damage, ammo capacity of the guns. You can make a shotgun that shoots faster than a minigun. |

That will enable YOUR shadow to show up. It adds to the atmosphere a lot I think. Plus your own shadow will scare the fuck out of you in some situations. |
